Problem : Forget iCloud email Password on Apple iPad3 A1430 (Gsm) and stuck on Activation iPad menu.

Carefully follow the steps :

1- Disassemble iPad3 Carefully.
2- Find resistor R1204 in Model A1430 Gsm responsible for
boarder_id. Remove it. You will turn off the modem and change
identity of your ipad
3- Assemble again and connect it to your PC or MAC.
4- iTunes detect the iPad 3 in DFU mode.
5- Restore IOS
6- After Restore Activate it and enjoy your iPad3 as a wifi model.
