iTunes: View Info of an iCloud Locked Device (iTunes Bypass?) [DOES NOT BYPASS ICLOUD]

This method was founded by @CPVideoMaker on twitter.
This is NOT an iCloud bypass solution.



Requirements:
XAMPP - https://www.apachefriends.org/download.html
RAR File - https://www.mediafire.com/?mvnfpda4s9s1rht

Install XAMPP
Navigate to C:/xampp/htdocs
Extract contents of RAR file there
Start XAMPP
Start Apache Server through XAMPP
Navigate to C:/Windows/system32/Drivers/etc/hosts (your hosts file)
Edit hosts file and add the following line

127.0.0.1 albert.apple.com

Save hosts file
Open iTunes
Click "Continue"
You can now see your iDevice's details in iTunes as if it was activated.

This includes IMEI, phone number, UDID, serial number, etc.

You cannot install apps, transfer music, or anything much yet. Enjoy.
